My iPhone was not working right, so I decided to not get a new iPhone 6 but stand in line for the iPhone 6s. As we develop software for the iPhone and iPad and the iPhone 6s had the new 3D Touch feature, it was better this way. So, here I was waking up at 5 in the morning to drive to Düsseldorf in Germany (1 hour and 15 minute drive) to stand in line to be one of the first in the world to get the opportunity to buy and receive the new iPhone. As the launch date was the 25th of September worldwide, we were even earlier than the iPhone users in the US due to the time difference. The new iPhone was not going to be introduced yet in The Netherlands, so here I was standing in line.
